pretzels

today i made pretzels if you follow the recipe then they are really good but also hard to roll unless you have done it before
Here's what you will need

1 1/2 flour
2/3 a cup milk
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 a teaspoon salt
1 egg
your favorite topping


heat the oven to 425 . combine flour milk vegetable oil baking powder sugar and salt in small bowl mix until you have a soft dough.

dust a clean working surface with flour and divide dough in half and make two balls
flip the bowl on top of the balls and let them sit for fifteen minutes

divide balls in to eight pieces Roll each piece in to 12 inch logs twist halfs together to make a pretzel shape pinch ends to seal put on a ungreased cookie sheet

beat egg and use a pastry brush to put on pretzels Sprinkle on toppings

Bake for ten minutes or until golden brown .Take out of oven and put on cooling racks
