Cookies

Today I made Gingersnaps and here's the Recipe.

First of all you will need
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp vinegar
3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
and
1/4tsp cloves

now you
preheat oven to 350
beat the butter, and sugar, until soft, stir in eggs, molasses, and vinegar, sift and add flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, mix until blended, form dough into 3/4 inch balls, bake on a cookie sheet for 12 minutes. As the ball melts down during baking ,the cookie develops a crinkled surface .when cool ice to taste, o.ne icing is half a marshmallow cut side down on the almost baked cookies, Return to the the oven about 4 minutes ,

or you could do what I did and put it in for 16 minutes with no frosting. Trust me it is still really good.
